New Season New No. For Cubs

Several Cubs changed uniform numbers this winter. Several more are sporting Cubbie Blue for the first time.

Here’s a quick look at the numbers some of our Cubs will be wearing during the 2012 season.

#1 Tony Campana – Switched from #41

#3 Jeff Baker – Switched from #28

#22 Matt Garza – Switched from #17

    Garza can switch to #22, but that number will always be Billy Buckner for me.

  2. Yeah. I think there’s a good number of Cubs fans who share the same feeling.
    However, I also think a good number of Cubs fans remember No.22 as Prior’s uni.
    Funny enough, Buckner’s the one who had better luck wearing good ‘ol #22!
